The Break Caravaca

Program to attract female talent

The Break is an entrepreneurship program for 1,000 women residing in the EU. The program has a total of 1,000 participants who enjoy a three-month hybrid training including a 28-day face-to-face work retreat in different locations in Spain to boost their project, improve their business skills and create a community of women entrepreneurs in the EU. Its experience in business creation, the methodology of accompaniment and its ability to generate strategic alliances have been some of the crucial aspects in being chosen. The project is promoted by the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) and developed by The Break Alliance, formed by Impact Hub Madrid, MentorDay and Startups.st.
