SESI Project

Social Entrepreneurship as an enabler of social inclusion

As part of the Erasmus + Key Action 2 program, we have started the implementation of the project “Social entrepreneurship as an enabler of social inclusion” (SESI), in partnership with the organizations Youth ProActiv from Belgium, AIDE from Romania and Fundacja reGeneracja from Poland.

This 31-month project has the following specific objectives:

  • Establish a strategic and sustainable partnership to learn about and promote social entrepreneurship as a facilitator of inclusion of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through the collection and exchange of good practices.
  • Develop a combined and replicable training program that can provide knowledge and resources to youth workers on how to teach social entrepreneurship to youth
  • Develop capacities for rural and disadvantaged youth to initiate social projects through interaction and collaboration with youth workers and experts, promoting active citizenship, youth sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship.
  • To disseminate and promote a training model that defines “social entrepreneurship as a driver of social inclusion” and benefits both youth workers and youth, and that is sustained at the public policy level.

Project funded by: Erasmus + program, through Le Bureau International Jeunesse (BIJ).
