Ser Manglar

I am INÉS RIGAL RIOPÉREZ, a journalist by training, specialized in International Development Cooperation. I live in Madrid with my husband and my two little ones and I have worked in Spanish and foreign media; in development NGOs and international organizations. Ser Manglar began to take shape – without me knowing it yet – in Malaysia, where we moved in 2017. Precisely there, where single-use plastics were omnipresent and where we lived our first confinement due to extreme air pollution, was where we discovered the ‘zero waste’ lifestyle; or ‘zero waste’. It was also in Malaysia that our eldest daughter was born and our desire to care for the Earth took on a new meaning.
